A beach villa where landscape meets architecture
Along the shoreline the house reads as a precise, understated composition of stone, timber and glass. The horizontal volume follows the landscape and settles naturally between the beach and the surrounding houses.
Large panes of glass dissolve the boundary between inside and out, while natural stone and warm timber facades add weight, texture and durability. The consistent material palette is worked through in fine detail and underlines the calm, exclusive character of the project.
Our delivery is drawn entirely from Schüco’s premium portfolio, with an emphasis on large glazed areas and neat profile systems. The sliding doors and the facade system, for instance, have only 35 mm of profile between the panes.
